Vins de France, in praise of Wine with Bacchus Silenus bronze art medal 1969

Wines of France A la gloire des Vins de France with Silenus, father of Bacchus,  bronze art medal 1969 by Emile Monier (1883-1970).

On the obverse Silenus in high relief as the old satyr,  facing with a bunch of grapes in one hand and a wine cup in the other.  The legend reads:

Monier is better known for his earlier works depicting French African colonial types and in later life for the religious medals he made for the Monnaie.
