Miss Winifred Geraldine Ramsay married Alfred Ernest Beamish in 1911
He won the Mens Doubles Tennis at the Olympic Games in 1912 and she did one better with a silver Olympic medal in the Ladies Doubles in 1920. She also participated at Wimbledon and other competitions
She was born in 1883 so when she won these medals was well into her 40’s
