Papal coin / bullion weight – brass XX ZECHINI ROMANI OF INNOCENT XIII 1721-24 for a gold gold
68.62g 41.9mm
Mazza in I Pesi Monetari da Moneti Papali – lists multiple zecchini weights only for Innocent XIII.  However all the listed examples (490-493) have the denomination in standard numbers (50, 30 & 15).  This one is not listed and must have been a second issue as the denomination is in Roman numbers.
