Renaissance Italy Francesco Foscari Doge of Venice uniface bronze medal by Antonio Gambello c. 1457. The only medal ascribed to Gambello, who was architect to the church of San Zaccaria and a sculptor. Foscari 1373-1457 was Doge from 1423-1457.
