France Art Deco bronze medal Comptoir Francais de l’Azote by P M Dammann 1907-1933 25th anniversary. A female agricultural worker with her scythe let, hand raised in greeting to a male worker, with two oxen. Factory building vaguely indicated in the background, mimicking a stand of wheat. Reverse three ears of wheat the result of using the nitrogen fertilizer. Made by Arthus Bertrand-Paris, awarded to Monsieur Grau on inside silk of box. Bronze 80mm. 232g. with box 272g. superb
