On one side, a tree in full leaf dominating a rocky terrain
On the other, THE CHOICE IS OURS.  A fish centre – the top half alive, swimming in choppy water (mirroring the rocks on the other side of the medal).  Below the other half of the fish, a skeleton in a see of  discarded cans and bottles.  A stark reminder of the damage humans have done to the environment.
