Electro- formed medal with a reverse filling of lead alloy

50.4mm.

Traces of glue  and wax on  the reverse so it has been mounted in the centre

signed by Victor Canale  (Victor Jules Eugene Canale, pupil of Riviere and Moncel.

Almost certainly made in 1909 on the death of his father – V S Canale, the founder of the firm
