France Concours Lepine Makers & Inventors bronze prize medal by Exbrayat,  Belle Epoque style.  The inventor or engineer at his workbench with a naked winged female Fame in the background.  On the reverse a laurel branch with Concours Lepine slipped into the die.  Association des Petits Fabricants et inventeurs Francais around.

Bronze 50mm.  1901

Prize was started in 1901 by Louis Lepine, a former prefet de police in Paris.  It continues to be presented at the Foire de Paris.  Wikipedia shows a poster for the 14th competition with the same image as on the medal of the inventor at work.
