Art Deco bronze medal 1945 Exposition Interalliee de l’Epargne by Jean Vernon – 62mm. Exhibition organised by the Allies concentrating on savings and financing the reconstruction of the economy post WW2.
‘L’Epargne au Service de la Victoire’ Savings serving Victory.
I have not traced the recipient who was probably British – Richard Mapson, July-August 1945.
Some rubbing to the high spots but overall nEF.
