When ordering, please quote the item number(s) with a short description and wait for our invoice before payment. Goods are offered subject to being unsold.
Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30-18.00. We do not have a fax machine.
Payment for fixed price items in GB pounds sterling is due on receipt of our invoice in cash, by cheque, by bank transfer, or by card (Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard) or through PayPal. Do not send card details by email but phone them through to us or wait for our PayPal invoice. The goods remain our property until paid for in full. Fixed price items may be returned, in the same condition, within 7 days (UK) or 30 days (overseas) for a refund.
Postage: For buyers, postage will be added to your invoice at cost, rather than per item (from £1.50 for low value items, £2.50 for recorded delivery or £7.50 minimum charge by special delivery, overseas £4.00 airmail your risk or from £9.95 depending on weight, insured). Items invoiced at over £30 airmail are usually sent by registered or insured mail. For overseas parcels over 2 kilos, we use the best value, most secure service available, depending upon the destination. Buyers and consignors: If you choose not to use insured mail then it is at your risk entirely.
Delivery times We aim to respond to your enquiry and process your order, once payment has been received, within 5 working days. We will let you know by email when we’ve posted your package. Estimated delivery times: 1-2 days UK, 7-10 days Europe, 10-21 days rest of the world airmail.
