Dutton uses landscape to express the emotions felt by those dealing with this devastating illness.
OUR GRIEF: Â A landscape with five folds of hills, barren except for a single tree, the sun obscured with raindrops dropping down forming an inverted wreath such as we see on traditional medals.
In contrast OUR HOPE  above  THE MENINGITIS TRUST below with branches of laurel framing a landscape over which the sun rises, and snowdrops bloom.
The trust merged with Meningitis UK in 2013 to form Meningitis Now.
