France 60th marriage anniversary bronze standing medal by Baudichon 10 mars 1919-1969. An old couple seated on a bench looking back on the road travelled together. On the reverse a naked child picking fruit from a tree. Originally this design was made by Rene Baudichon (1878-1963) as Noces d’argent (Silver wedding) in 1904. This medal repurposed in 1969, but probably made by Canale much earlier judging by the patina and stand. 80 x73mm. nEF
