Louis Lucon 1842-1930 ordained a Roman Catholic prices in 1865, made cardinal in 1907. While Bishop of Reims the cathedral was destroyed by enemy bombing in the first three months of 1914, WW1. He oversaw its restoration, hence the reverse of this medal, the cathedral risen towards the clouds. Bronze cast art medal 79mm. EF
