Nicolas CARREGA bronze art medal Chasse Sous-Marine Underwater Hunt 1967. Â Made by the Monnaie de Paris, France, a chunky bronze medal showing fishes on one side, and the deadly straight harpoon on the other with a dynamic whirl of activity.
Carrega was born in Bonifacio, Corsica in 1914, but lived in Paris and died 1992. Â Described as a painter in the expressionist style who moved towards abstraction.
