This example engraved to H M Jessel M.P. Â Colonel Herbert Merton Jessel, 1866-1950, Liberal Unionist MP for St Pancras 1896-1906. Â Eventually became Sir Herbert Jessel in 1917, a Conservative.
Silver marked ARGENT on the edge. Â French hallmark diamond shaped. Â 61 x 46mm approx., Â 92.35g.
